PRAWN AND PLUM KEBABS

132 calories

Perfect for the barbecue (or the grill) and so low in calories, these can be made just for one.  Beware though – everyone else will want to eat them too!


1 tsp olive oil (7 cals)
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) (1 cal)
grated zest and juice of 1 lime (4 cals)
2 slices (5g/1/8oz) jalapeƱo peppers in brine, chopped (4 cals)
a pinch of salt
100g (3½oz) raw king prawns (king shrimp) (76 cals)
1 fresh plum, pitted and cut into 6 pieces (20 cals)
