Simple 5-2 Recipes.PAPRIKA PORK CASSEROLE


2 tbsp oil (162 cals)
600g diced lean pork (1050 cals)
1 large onion, peeled and chopped (54 cals)
1 red pepper, de-seeded and diced (52 cals)
1 green pepper, de-seeded and diced (24 cals)
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped (8 cals)
1 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 400g tins tomatoes (128 cals)
1 tsp salt
1 chicken stock cube (35 cals)
200ml light creme fraiche (338 cals)
