Simple 5:2 Recipes.Sweet and Sour Pork

½ level tbsp plain (all-purpose) flour, seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper (34 cals)

½ red (bell) pepper, deseeded and finely sliced (26 cals)

1 tbsp white wine vinegar (3 cals)
1 tsp tomato purée (paste) (8 cals)
