Simple 5:2 Recipes.Chicken with Olives and Orange.

1 skinless chicken breast
50ml chicken stock (fresh, or made with quarter of a stock cube)
½ small orange
Approx 6 pitted black olives
Pinch of dried sage
1 tsp olive oil
1 small red onion cut into wide rings
